XSF 12" x 12" Protective Bolt Plate Utility Truss

Protective Bolt Plate Truss provides a new engineered end plate design (patent pending) which includes circular ears at each corner that prevent damage to the chords from dropping or dragging. Aluminum Truss is often dropped on hard floors or unnecessarily damaged from dragging, costing users thousands of dollars. Every year XSF has hundreds of damaged trusses come into their warehouse for repair, and the majority of them show some level of damage to the ends of the chords. XSF looked to eliminate this problem and extend the life of the truss.

Protective Bolt Plate can mate up with other manufacturers bolt plate truss using standard 5/8" bolts and is an exclusive product of Xtreme Structures and Fabrication.

With a minimal increase in weight of only a few pounds the Protective Bolt Plate Truss is considerably stronger than the old style of truss that has been in our industry for over 30 years.

12" Protective Bolt Plate comes in standard lengths of 5', 8', and 10'.

The chords are 2" OD x 1/8" thick with 1" OD x 1/8" thick diagonals. The trusses are joined together with 5/8" steel bolts.
